Previously , Andreas led growth and operations in executive search firms in the Middle East and was instrumental in renewable energy and technology advisory at Signature Group .
He founded two UK businesses , holds an MBA from the University of Edinburgh , and a BA ( Hons ) in Hospitality Management from London Metropolitan University .
