Randy Del Valle is the Vice-President and General for Mobility for Shell Pilipinas Corporation . As the Vice President and General Manager of Mobility Philippines , he is responsible of the Downstream Marketing Retail Business that covers > 1,100 mobility stations offer fuels , convenience retailing , vehicle servicing , food brand co-location partnerships and electric vehicle charging , serving ~ 1m customers / day enabled by a strong team of > 20,000 Shell employees , retailers , dealers , and service champions . Randy brings with him more than 25 years of experience across different Shell businesses .
Randy is passionate about people development , Innovation / Energy transition development , team success and puts customers first .
Randy is a Chemical Engineer where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of San Carlos ( USC ), Cebu . He also has an MBA degree from London Business School . Randy is married with a son , and he enjoys golf , tennis , Formula 1 and travelling . Randy is currently based in Manila after working in London , Hague and Singapore for 11 years .
